Structured Support for Stress and Burnout

This work is practical and action-oriented, designed for educators, clinicians, and professionals whose roles involve high responsibility, emotional labor, and constant decision-making. The group format allows participants to step out of isolation while staying grounded in practical strategies.

What We Work On:

Participants can expect approximately 25–30 minutes of optional homework per week.

It's time to bridge the gap.

Sheila is here to help you cross the bridge to get to where you want to be.

Breaking the Cycle: Stress & Burnout in Academia

A 6-week, in-person group series focused on identifying patterns that sustain stress and learning how to interrupt them.

Participants explore how expectations, habits, and institutional norms contribute to burnout—and develop concrete ways to respond differently.

Support often includes clarifying priorities, restructuring how time and energy are spent, setting limits that align with professional values, and reframing thinking patterns common in educational settings (such as perfectionism, over-responsibility, or constant availability). The focus is on practical shifts that reduce strain while allowing you to continue doing meaningful work.
