Therapy, consulting, coaching for educators.

Clarity + small shifts = meaningful impact.

We help educators navigate the complex, high-demand profession of education.
Our work integrates mental health care with pedagogical wellbeing to address not only stress and burnout, but also the systems, structures, and expectations that shape your work.

Together, we build clarity, capacity, and sustainable practices that allow you to navigate challenges, make intentional choices, and remain engaged without losing yourself in the process. Here, effectiveness and wellbeing are not competing priorities—they are deeply connected.

When it becomes too much

You're an educator feeling overwhelmed/ disconnected?

The demands of teaching and leading are never just professional—they shape thinking, energy, relationships, and sense of self. Over time, the combination of high expectations, emotional labor, constant decision-making, and complex systems can take a real toll. You might notice anxiety, fatigue, frustration, or a growing sense of disconnection from the work once cared about.

These experiences don’t happen in isolation—they are often a response to sustained pressure and environments that prioritize output over sustainability. If this feels familiar, you are not alone, and you are not failing—there is a way forward that supports wellbeing and the ability to continue doing meaningful work.
