25+ Years of Experience
This message is for you
You don’t have to hold everything on your own. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or burned out, it makes sense—especially if you’ve been carrying a lot of pressure, responsibility, or stress for a long time.
I’m here to help you slow things down, understand what’s really going on beneath the surface, and make sense of the patterns that may be keeping you stuck so you can move forward in a way that feels manageable and real.
My approach draws from evidence-based, trauma-informed, and strengths-based practices, and it also takes into account the bigger picture of your life—not just what you’re thinking or feeling, but the context you’re living in.
Together, we focus on insight, practical tools, and sustainable change that fits your life—not adds more pressure to it.
You don’t have to carry everything at once. You’re allowed to take this one step at a time, and that is enough.

Personal Life
Outside of her practice, Sheila enjoys growing, preparing, and sharing food from her garden, baking bread, and learning from new cultures and cuisines through travel. These practices ground her in patience, care, and connection—values that also guide her clinical work. Whether nurturing a garden or supporting clients through growth and change, Sheila believes in tending to what sustains us, honoring process over perfection, and creating space for restoration, meaning, and belonging.
