How We’ll Start
Group therapy offers a supportive, structured space to explore experiences related to work, relationships, and life transitions. Groups address shared challenges such as stress, burnout, moral injury, imposter syndrome, and grief while honoring each participant’s individual story.
In group therapy, we focus on:
- Understanding how anxiety, stress, grief, and burnout affect the brain and body
- Making sense of patterns such as perfectionism, over-responsibility, self-doubt, and emotional exhaustion
- Clarifying values and priorities in the midst of high demands or loss
- Practicing boundaries, coping skills, and emotion regulation strategies
- Gaining insight and perspective through shared experience
The emphasis is on practical, sustainable strategies that reduce isolation and support healing, resilience, and renewed agency—both within the group and beyond it.
It's time to bridge the gap.
We are here to help—bridging the distance between where you are and where you want to be.

Through weekly readings, guided discussions, and supportive exercises, participants connect with peers who understand their experiences, creating a space for growth and empowerment. Whether you are feeling stuck or seeking greater balance, this series offers practical steps to help you reclaim your wellbeing and thrive in your professional journey.
